he Ambulatory Care Center on the campus of Jamaica Hospital Medical Center offers an extensive array of general medicine, pediatric and sub-specialty services in a modern clinical setting.

Our centers are staffed by fully qualified, Board Certified/Board Eligible Physicians and licensed nurse practitioners.

Our Ambulatory Care Center provides the excellent primary and specialty care that our patients have come to expect.

Our centers provide the following:

• Access to a physician by phone 24 hours/day
• Ability to be followed by the same physician
• Multilingual staff
• Most insurances accepted, including Medicare and Medicaid
• A member and participating provider of HealthFirst and Neighborhood Health Providers managed care networks
• Sliding fee scale available for qualified patients
• Licensed by the New York State Department of Health

We Offer:

• Evening and weekend hours
• Jamaica Hospital Ambulatory Care Center is open for urgent visits (Monday through Friday until midnight, Saturday and Sunday until 8pm) when MediSys facilities are closed
• Walk-ins accepted based on availability
