Car:
From the North (From Whitestone Bridge, Triboro Bridge or Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway or from Grand Central Parkway): Follow signs to 678--Van Wyck Expressway South, headed toward Kennedy Airport. Stay in the middle or left lane to remain on the Van Wyck Expressway. Take Exit 6 to Jamaica Ave./Hillside Ave. to reach the Van Wyck Service Road. Go straight along the service road, stay in the right lane, and continue to Jamaica Avenue (about 1/2 mile). After crossing Jamaica Avenue, the hospital is at the next corner, at 89th Avenue.

Nursing Home :
The nursing home is the last building you will pass on the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center Campus, just before the corner of 91st Avenue.

Parking:
To reach the parking lot, turn right on 89th Avenue. Entrance to the parking garage is halfway down the block on the right
