Staff
Development
The
focus of the Department of Nursing Staff Development is
the growth and development of all employees in the Department
of Nursing and Patient Care Services and within the nursing
community at large for teh enhancement of quality patient
care continuum across the life span.
We
provide quality educational services based on identified
needs of employees and the nursing community. Ongoing activites
to respond to such needs include but are not limited to:

which build upon the individual's varied education and experiential
learning.
