OUTREACH PROGRAMS

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, in cooperation with the
New York State Department of Health, operates the following:

• Women, Infants and Children (W.I.C.) Program - This is a supplemental food

• School Health Demonstration Program - This program provides medical services

• Child Teen Program - Preventive healthcare program for children with medicaid
insurance from birth to age twenty-one. For information call (718) 262-6025.
• Pre-Natal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) - Provides comprehensive prenatal
